PALMITIC ACID ARACHIDYL ESTER is a fatty ACID alcohol ESTER. It is made from palmitic acid and arachidyl alcohol by esterification. Its chemical formula is C44H88O2 and its molecular weight is 657.17g/mol. It is a colorless to yellowish solid.
Arachiosyl palmitate is widely used in cosmetics and personal care products. It has excellent lubricity and moisturizing properties and can be used as an ingredient in lotions, creams, hair care products and skin care makeup products such as lipstick. In addition, it can also be used as an additive for fragrances and medicines.
